Valence is pioneering leadership coaching for large enterprises in an AI-first way, transforming learning and development through AI-powered personalization. We are seeking a Lead Recruiter to own and evolve Valence's hiring strategy during a critical growth phase. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role reporting to the VP of People & Talent. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for executing searches, shaping hiring strategy, calibrating the talent bar, and influencing talent decisions across the company. This role will act as a thought partner to hiring managers and leadership, helping define role scope, prioritize hiring needs, and ensure the consistent hiring of high-caliber individuals. The position is central to Valence's scaling efforts, offering direct visibility into business priorities and the opportunity to build a fast, rigorous recruiting system aligned with an AI-native company's operations.
