About The Position

Pay: $15 - $16 per hour Schedule: 40 hours worked per week, working 8am to 5pm. Need flexibility for days, holidays & occasional weekends! The Receptionist/Concierge provides professional and efficient clerical support to the facility, resulting in the delivery of excellent internal and external customer service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum one-year secretarial experience.
  • Able to communicate, verbally and in writing, and work effectively with various levels of staff, residents, family members and the public.
  • Proficient typing required.
  • Dexterity required in the use of office equipment.
  • Numerical ability necessary to perform arithmetic computations in maintaining general bookkeeping records.
  • Ability to handle a variety of interruptions on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Assumes responsibility for designated clerical and receptionist duties.
  • Receives incoming telephone calls, screens for correct transfer and connects with appropriate party.
  • Greets and directs visitors; screens and directs salespersons as advised.
  • Receives, sorts and forwards' incoming mail; receives and routes package deliveries.
  • Opens and routes A/P and A/R mail.
  • Processes outgoing facility mail.
  • Serves as Personal Fund Custodian.
  • Presents flyer with online application information to job applicants.
