Requirements

Previous Inspection or Supply Chain experience in an Engine MRO shop.
Experience using Quantum Controls ERP.
Strong understanding of part traceability and documentation requirements.
Familiarity with FAA Part 145 / EASA regulations
Experience working with suppliers and driving issue resolution.
Effective communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Self-directed, motivated, and able to work with limited supervision.

Leadership Experience

Responsibilities

Lead and prioritize daily activities of Receiving Inspectors, including workload distribution, coverage, and overtime planning.
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Planning, Quality) to ensure consistent parts flow and support production needs.
Provide support to Receiving Inspectors on inspections, transactions, and decision-making.
Inspect and review incoming material issues to ensure conformance to specifications, documentation, and traceability requirements.
Log, track, and resolve quality and documentation discrepancies for incoming orders.
Manage quarantined or non-conforming parts, including proper segregation, tracking, and disposition in a timely manner.
Communicate with Supply Chain and/or vendors to resolve quality issues, missing documentation, and shipment discrepancies.
Capture, track, and report supplier quality metrics, including defects, documentation compliance, and partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Compliance to address supplier performance concerns.
Work with Quality to ensure timely resolution of supplier corrective actions and prevent recurrence of issues.
Handle any additional tasks as requested.
