Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field required
Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (RTT) required
Current Wisconsin state licensure in Radiation Therapy (or eligibility)
Strong knowledge of radiation therapy equipment, treatment planning, and safety protocols
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to quality, precision, and continuous learning

Responsibilities

Deliver accurate, high-dose radiation treatments under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist
Assist in tumor localization, simulation, and treatment planning
Serve as a key communicator between patients, providers, and the care team
Ensure precise setup using immobilization devices and positioning techniques
Monitor patient response, provide education, and support throughout treatment
Document treatments, simulations, and patient care thoroughly and accurately
Support daily workflow, scheduling, and overall department efficiency
Mentor and support team members; contribute to a collaborative team environment
