As a seasonal Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll ensure software and hardware meet business and functional requirements from the customer’s perspective. You’ll validate performance against documentation and design, helping deliver a smooth user experience. In addition, you’ll contribute early in the design cycle by creating use cases, reviewing requirements, and collaborating on UI and workflow improvements.
