About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Review and qualify incoming leads from online forms
  • Contact new and existing leads using provided guidelines
  • Follow up with leads who have not yet been reached
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects
  • Confirm and manage appointment details
  • Handle inbound inquiries in a professional manner
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and messaging platforms
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep leads engaged
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Ensure lead statuses and notes are properly documented
  • Assist in maintaining organized workflows and pipelines
  • Track and report on outreach activity and lead progress
  • Support the sales team with basic customer inquiries
  • Follow up on ongoing opportunities as needed
