Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA leadership, or Test Management roles
• Proven experience managing end-to-end QA delivery across multiple teams and applications
• Strong experience with QE governance, reporting, metrics, and stakeholder management
• Experience leading large-scale testing initiatives and delivery programs
• Strong understanding of functional, automation, integration, and regression testing practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with distributed teams and PST-aligned working hours

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail and eCommerce domains
• Experience managing digital transformation or enterprise application testing programs
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail, order management, POS, and customer-facing platforms
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Experience driving quality engineering maturity and process improvements

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality engineering delivery across multiple business verticals and technology initiatives
• Define and drive QE strategy, governance, testing standards, and delivery processes
• Manage test planning, execution, reporting, and release readiness activities across teams
• Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting for stakeholders
• Lead stakeholder communication, status reviews, risk management, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business, and delivery teams
• Ensure effective test coverage across functional, integration, regression, automation, and UAT activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes
• Mentor QA teams and provide leadership on testing best practices and processes
• Support Agile delivery models and ensure alignment with business objectives
