About The Position

As a Digital Track QE Lead, become a part of a cross-functional development team, engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in QA Automation / Quality Engineering roles
• Strong experience designing and implementing automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Python, and Playwright
• Strong experience with BDD frameworks using Cucumber/Gherkin
• Experience implementing CI/CD quality gates using GitHub Actions
• Experience defining automation strategy and quality engineering practices
• Strong understanding of UI, API, and end-to-end automation testing
• Experience leading QA initiatives and mentoring automation engineers
• Ability to work PST hours

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing AI-assisted testing strategies and intelligent automation solutions
• Experience with enterprise digital platforms and eCommerce applications
• Experience with API automation and service-level testing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience driving automation adoption across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Lead digital quality engineering initiatives, automation strategy, and test framework development for enterprise applications
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Python, and Playwright
• Develop and enhance BDD frameworks using Cucumber/Gherkin to support business-driven testing
• Establish and manage CI/CD quality gates using GitHub Actions to enable continuous testing and delivery
• Define automation standards, best practices, and quality engineering processes across teams
• Develop AI-assisted testing strategies to improve test efficiency, coverage, and defect detection
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define testing approaches for complex digital solutions
• Mentor QA engineers and provide technical guidance on automation, framework design, and testing practices
• Analyze test results, drive defect resolution, and ensure release readiness
• Support Agile delivery teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives
