The position involves creating and maintaining benchmarks, analyzing historical trends to identify cost and utilization drivers, and conducting scenario analysis to inform pricing decisions. The analyst will also prepare and present pricing insights to executive stakeholders and health plan partners, manage the end-to-end pricing workflow, and coordinate with various internal teams. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of pricing tools and processes.
