Lead Project Engineer
About The Position
An ideal candidate applies their technical knowledge and structured project leadership techniques to leverage their formal education, technical training, supporting skill sets, and prior work experience to continuously reduce project risks throughout execution. This position is expected to operate independently with some management oversight as a project lead, as an individual contributor, as a technical consultant, as a project champion, and as structured product development mentor for other engineering staff. This is a high exposure position for a technical leader looking for an opportunity to take things to the next level, advance their career, grow their soft skills, expand their influence in the company, and collaboratively lead high profile programs to success.
