About The Position
This position is responsible for driving delivery framework, contingency planning, business results and highly complex program(s) consisting of multiple projects in support of assigned line of business strategy. Serves as a functional business liaison between business and technology, in the development and implementation of program scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business. Responsible for tracking key program milestones and recommending adjustments to program leadership and team.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and 7 years of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 11 years of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis
- Experience in process design and flow-charting.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Experience leading technology changes
- Experience in leading development, facilitation and delivery of project communication and training materials.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- PC proficiency to include but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Outlook.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Communications.
- PMP Certification.
- Knowledge of departmental/divisional job functions and technologies in provider and clinical operations.
- Experience leading projects using Agile or Scrum methodology.
