About The Position

Reddit is seeking a Lead Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team within Reddit’s GTM Strategy & Operations organization. This team is responsible for transforming and scaling sales processes, policies, and programs to reduce friction in the sales cycle, drive systemic consistency, and increase seller productivity. Reddit has experienced significant growth, with over 100 million daily active users and a rapidly growing advertising business. The company is investing in systems, operations, and partnerships to support this growth while maintaining Reddit's unique character of authentic conversations. In this role, the Lead Program Manager will own and evolve a critical vendor-supported Ad Review program, focusing on improvements in efficiency, quality, automation, and operational performance. The role requires a blend of strong execution and strategic judgment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, vendor management, or a related role in a fast-moving technology environment.
  • Experience owning and scaling operational programs, ideally in vendor operations, support operations, ad operations, trust & safety, or another high-volume operational environment.
  • Experience working with offshore or outsourced vendor teams.
  • A track record of improving program performance through better processes, stronger metrics, clearer accountability, and scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to set direction for an operational program, not just manage day-to-day execution.
  • Experience leading change in complex environments where process, policy, tooling, vendor performance, and business needs intersect.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to diagnose problems, prioritize work, and measure impact.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, move quickly, and bring structure to messy or evolving problems.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to build trust with Sales/GTM partners and influence Policy, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with advertising, ad review, content moderation, customer support, or platform operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day health and long-term performance of Reddit's vendor-supported Ad Review program.
  • Assess the current operating model, identify key gaps, and build a practical plan to improve workflows, accountability, and program performance.
  • Partner closely with vendor leadership to improve execution, strengthen governance, and ensure teams are delivering against clear goals.
  • Build and manage the metrics, reporting, and operating rhythms needed to understand performance, surface risks, and drive better decisions.
  • Act as a trusted bridge between Ad Review, Sales, and the broader Go-To-Market team, helping support revenue goals while protecting the quality and safety of the Reddit platform.
  • Work with Ads Policy, Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve tooling, reduce manual effort, and remove friction from the review process.
  • Turn operational data, escalations, and stakeholder feedback into practical improvements that make the program faster, more consistent, and easier to run.
  • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, surfacing risks, tradeoffs, progress, and recommendations.
