National Grid is hiring a Lead Program Manager to manage the collaboration and coordination of emergency preparedness, planning, and response activities with external Emergency Management stakeholders in across New York state. As the Lead Emergency Management Liaison, you'll play a critical role in helping communities stay safe and resilient when it matters most. Working closely with National Grid's External Affairs team, you'll build and strengthen partnerships with federal, state, tribal, county, and local emergency management agencies across New York, ensuring strong collaboration before, during, and after emergency events. In this highly visible role, you'll lead emergency preparedness initiatives, represent National Grid in planning activities and exercises, and serve as a trusted partner to key external stakeholders. You'll help shape response strategies, support regulatory compliance, and provide leadership during major storms and system emergencies, helping coordinate efforts that keep customers and communities informed and supported.
