About The Position

SteadyState Work Partners develops Professional Continuity —the enabling capability that helps individuals consistently connect to and apply the professional and interpersonal skills they already possess—in the heat of the moment. Our work helps help people maintain enough continuity to consciously decide what to do next. Unlike traditional professional or personal development, SteadyState develops Professional Continuity during the critical moments before conscious choice becomes fully available. We operate in what we call the 50 Millisecond Gap—the split second after a moment suddenly spikes, when people either remain connected to their professional capabilities or overreact before they can consciously choose what to do next. The professionals we serve are often exceptional performers who have turned significant adversity into extraordinary success. Many have already invested heavily in leadership development, executive coaching, professional training, and personal development. We help them consistently connect to those capabilities in the heat of the moment.

We're hiring Professional Continuity Facilitators to deliver the SteadyState System™ through a structured two-phase professional development experience. Facilitators guide participants through SteadyState Foundations™ , then support the real-world application of Professional Continuity during SteadyState at Work™ .

Requirements

• Experience facilitating structured learning experiences or professional development programs
• Strong observational awareness
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment and professional discretion
• Ability to remain composed during uncertainty and ambiguity
• Comfort facilitating small groups in outdoor natural environments
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in high-trust environments
• Comfort allowing participants to work through uncertainty
• Ability to observe without over-directing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SteadyState Foundations™
• Lead structured outdoor learning experiences
• Observe Professional Continuity under changing conditions
• Help participants recognize moments that place Professional Continuity at risk
• Guide participant reflection and learning
• Maintain engagement structure and participant safety
• Complete required documentation and observations
• Conduct structured remote implementation sessions
• Support workplace application of Professional Continuity
• Help participants strengthen continuity during real-world work demands
• Identify barriers to consistent application
• Provide structured feedback and implementation guidance
• Document participant progress and outcomes
