About The Position

Konocti LifeStyles People Services, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a LifeStyles Facilitator – Team Lead to provide person-centered support and community-based training to adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), while also providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to direct service staff. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing others, and making a meaningful difference in the community. The Team Lead works alongside the Program Director and Coordinator to support individualized goals, coordinate community opportunities, assist with staff training, and help maintain high-quality, safe, and person-centered services.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age or older.
At least one year of experience providing training, instruction, or direct support to adults with developmental disabilities.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to obtain required CPR, First Aid, and Pro-ACT certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support and training to individuals with I/DD in community settings.
Coach and guide direct service staff in the field.
Assist with staff training, meetings, and Person-Centered Planning.
Help develop meaningful community participation and employment opportunities.
Monitor and communicate individual progress, needs, and well-being.
Assist with program documentation, data entry, and administrative responsibilities.
Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment.
Help ensure Agency policies, safety standards, and quality expectations are followed.
