About The Position

This position serves on the One Church Worship team and provides leadership and direction for Production Ministry across all Pinelake campuses. The Lead Production Director is responsible for developing a clear and unified philosophy for live production, leading and developing Production staff, and building systems and structures that help our teams thrive. This role will lead the One Church Production team, work closely with Campus Production Directors, and provide oversight for production across weekend services, One Church events, and other ministry initiatives. The goal is to build a healthy, unified, and multiplying Production Ministry that is marked by discipleship and development culture. Where staff and servant leaders are equipped to lead, campuses are well supported, and everything we do serves the mission and vision of Pinelake.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree is preferred
10 Years of Production Leadership in a Multi-site Church setting
The individual must be able to understand written or oral instructions; read, analyze and interpret documents, instructions manuals, and policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with a diverse group of people, communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone, email and in person, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
Demonstrated skill in the use of Windows/MacOS to complete tasks (including word processing and spreadsheets) and the ability to use the internet for information retrieval.
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and operations to such tasks as accounting, budget management, and financial expense monitoring.
The ability to simultaneously conceptualize and plan multiple tasks; project outcomes using different implementation strategies; and apply creative and innovative thinking to problem situations is required.
The ability to work effectively and efficiently under stressful conditions to ensure deadlines are met is essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a clear, unified philosophy for live production across all Pinelake campuses, establishing expectations for quality, preparation, execution, and team culture.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the One Church Production Director and additional Production staff as the team grows.
Work closely with Campus Production Directors to provide support, strengthen leadership, and ensure alignment across campuses.
Model our value of discipleship with staff and servant leaders in the context of Production ministry.
Lead strategies for a systematic approach to recruiting, onboarding, discipling, and developing Production staff and servant leaders.
Develop and oversee consistent systems, standard operating procedures, training resources, and best practices that support healthy and sustainable Production Ministry.
Provide oversight for weekend production across all campuses, regularly evaluating effectiveness, identifying needs, and helping teams implement solutions.
Establish healthy rhythms of communication, collaboration, and accountability between One Church Production and campus teams.
Provide overall leadership for production at One Church events, empowering the One Church Production Director to manage planning, staffing, preparation, and execution.
Partner with the Director of Worship Technology to identify equipment needs, prioritize improvements, and plan for future growth.
