About The Position

This role requires a thorough and complete understanding of the job, company policies, and processes involved in the exterior blast process. The Lead Product Surface Prep applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks, performing work that requires independent judgment, resourcefulness, and a sense of leadership. This individual will solve and identify complex problems using technical knowledge and creativity, and function as a team leader by directing the work of others. The role also involves filling in as required to meet production goals and may include participation in safety committees or initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience.
