Position Summary The Lead Product Owner role will lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and processes. This role owns the end-to-end product vision for assigned platform capabilities—directly enabling operational efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment across the organization. As a Product Owner, you will work at the intersection of business stakeholders, operations, and IT, translating strategic goals into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will define the roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and champion automation and system visibility across key business processes. Core platform ownership includes Salesforce CRM and its integrations across the enterprise technology stack. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires strategic thinking and strong execution. The role thrives in solving complex business challenges through systems, data, and process optimization. Quote to Fulfillment Only Apply the product vision and roadmap to Quote to Fulfillment capabilities, including quoting, pricing, contracting, order orchestration, and related operational workflows. Design and optimize CPQ configurations, pricing and discounting rules, product catalog and bundle structures, approval workflows, and quoting logic within Salesforce Revenue Cloud and integrated platforms. Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) to enable scalable quoting, pricing, and order-orchestration capabilities. Partner with stakeholders to align Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes—including contract generation, redlining, approvals, and renewals—with upstream quoting and downstream fulfillment needs. Manage and improve integrations across Salesforce CPQ/RCA, CLM, ERP, billing, and related systems to support data flow from quote through order, contract, and fulfillment. Define and monitor Quote to Fulfillment KPIs related to system effectiveness, adoption, process efficiency, data quality, and platform health.
