About The Position

The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance. The Product Manager is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and for translating business needs into actionable product plans. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering, operations, design, and leadership teams to deliver products and capabilities that create measurable value for customers and the organization. The Product Manager owns prioritization, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures product decisions are driven by business outcomes, user needs, and operational realities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, business analysis, or related role.
  • Proven experience defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering business or technology products.
  • Strong ability to work across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar product delivery frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution detail.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is prefe

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and operational requirements.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear product features, epics, and user stories.
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive delivery from concept through release.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, dependencies, and capacity.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Evaluate market trends, user feedback, internal pain points, and competitive insights to inform product direction.
  • Establish success metrics and monitor product performance, adoption, and outcomes.
  • Support release planning, change readiness, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities.
  • Identify risks, trade-offs, and dependencies, and drive decisions to keep delivery aligned with strategic goals.
