About The Position

The Lead Product Manager role is within the US Parks Experience Access team, part of Technology for Disney Experiences (DXT). This team collaborates closely with commercial business and operations partners across the company. The DXT Experience Access Product Team manages guest-facing digital products that influence how guests access attractions and experiences, including Lightning Lane, Virtual Queue, and Disability Access Service. The team also handles attraction, character, and entertainment content for domestic sites and water parks. These products are vital for site operations and guest planning, bridging technology, commercial strategy, and park operations. The work is complex, highly visible, and dynamic. The Lead Product Manager is responsible for setting standards, planning discipline, and ensuring delivery quality for products within the Experience Access portfolio. While this role has delivery accountability and functional leadership expectations for the team, it does not involve direct reports. The Lead Product Manager defines product requirements for new features and capabilities, working with engineering, design, operations, and business teams throughout the entire product lifecycle. This includes concept, development, launch, go-to-market execution, and ongoing support. The role supports the execution of the feature roadmap, solves complex problems with creative solutions, and ensures successful product delivery, adoption, and operational support, with a significant focus on integration work with other DXT teams. Key responsibilities include leading content strategy, standards, tooling, and processes as a product; improving delivery standards across core products; and managing integrations and product changes. The role also involves leveraging existing technology to drive insights and efficiency, building tools for performance enhancement, and maintaining context layers for technology tools, agents, and workflows.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, with proven ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology and the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated use of technology to drive insight and efficiency, including building or prototyping tools, workflows, or agents, prompt design, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted product operations, along with a commitment to maintaining the structured documentation and context those tools depend on.
