We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to own and drive the development and performance of multiple iGaming brands across Tier-1 markets. This is a leadership role combining product strategy, commercial ownership, and team leadership. You will define product priorities, improve player experience and business performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within iGaming
• Previous experience as a Senior / Lead Product Manager or Product Lead
• Hands-on experience with the SOFTSWISS ecosystem
• Strong understanding of online casino products and the full player lifecycle
• Good knowledge of key product and commercial metrics
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and performance across multiple iGaming brands
• Lead and develop the Product team, setting clear goals and priorities
• Analyze key product and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance issues
• Drive improvements across the full player journey — from registration and deposits to gameplay, retention, and withdrawals
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Analytics, and Technical teams
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and player behavior across Tier-1 markets
• Work directly with SOFTSWISS and other third-party providers
