About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for Klaviyo’s Orchestration experience, with a particular focus on the workflows and editor surfaces used to build and manage marketing automation. Flows are one of the most critical parts of the Klaviyo platform, enabling brands to create sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs. In this role, you will shape the future of how customers design, manage, and optimize these workflows, ensuring powerful capabilities remain intuitive and easy to use. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to evolve the orchestration experience across the platform. This role will work with an engineering team of roughly 8–10 engineers and collaborate closely with another Product Manager in the broader core product area. This is a highly customer-facing role where deep empathy for marketers and a strong design sensibility are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating complex systems into simple, elegant product experiences and regularly engaging directly with customers to inform product direction. Marketing automation is the core of the Klaviyo platform, and orchestration is where that power comes to life for customers. The workflows and editor experiences you’ll help shape determine how easily brands can translate complex marketing strategies into real, automated customer journeys. By making these powerful capabilities intuitive and scalable, this role directly impacts how effectively businesses engage their customers, drive revenue, and grow with Klaviyo. The work you lead will influence some of the most widely used surfaces in the product and play a critical role in ensuring Klaviyo remains the platform marketers rely on to power sophisticated lifecycle marketing at scale.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally working on complex SaaS or workflow-based products
  • Experience building customer-facing product experiences with a strong UX focus
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems or workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Strong product design instincts and experience partnering closely with design teams
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering on technically complex products
  • Experience owning core product surfaces with high usage and business impact
  • Highly customer-centric, with experience speaking directly with customers to inform product decisions
  • Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams around product strategy and execution

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for key orchestration experiences across flows, campaigns, and the Klaviyo editor
  • Lead the evolution of Flows, one of Klaviyo’s most widely used automation capabilities
  • Simplify complex marketing workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences
  • Partner closely with design to deliver thoughtful, high-quality UX for core product surfaces
  • Work with engineering to build reliable, scalable systems that support sophisticated automation use cases
  • Meet directly with customers (virtually and in-person) to gather feedback and deeply understand their workflow challenges
  • Define and track success metrics including adoption, engagement, and gross churn
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data, support, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption
