About The Position

Leads product initiatives with strategic significance, often across multiple teams or platforms. Define product roadmaps, manage stakeholders at various levels, and ensure alignment with business goals. Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives. Requirements

  • Minimum - 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related
  • Minimum - 5 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related
  • 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within (specific domain) (In Lieu of Education)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred - 5 (specific domain)
  • Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for a significant product area based on stakeholder needs and business benefits in alignment with company goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery of impactful product features.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Work closely with technology and design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a high-performing product culture.
