As a Lead Product Manager, you will work across our platform to ensure our offerings remain market-leading and transformative.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in product management in a high-paced, agile software development environment, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
  • Several years of experience in building products at startups in cross-functional teams with product designers, engineers, and business partners.
  • Empathic and driven by solving problems for your users. Ability to dig deep into their problems and really understand what drives them.
  • Systems thinker and solve problems in a holistic way. Ability to draw data flow diagrams and thrive on complexity.
  • Ability to traverse between altitudes with ease, thinking big picture on product strategy and getting in the trenches to solve a calculation definition issue.
  • Resourceful and scrappy, knowing when to invest versus stand-up fake doors to validate a hypothesis. Understanding that sometimes the best path forward may not be through building software.
