About The Position

We are searching for a Lead Product Manager, People Systems & AI Strategy to build a global strategy and implementation of a ‘Product Led People Team.’’ In this role, you will build and deliver Docusign Product Advocacy as an HR SME, research the evolving technology landscape and leverage external relationships to guide and deliver innovative programs and pilot initiatives for the People team with an AI forward lens. We are seeking someone to join our team with an innovative and collaborative mindset who will manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working in a matrixed environment with the People Technology and Docusign Product teams, this role will be responsible for operational ownership IAM for HR Strategy and AI Transformation across the People Team, as well as be a thought partner for the systems adn technology roadmap. This position is individual contributor role reporting to the VP, People Strategy, Systems & Compliance.

Requirements

  • 12+ years previous experience in People, Product, Product Marketing or Technology functions
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing cross-organizational teams
  • Experience implementing AI technologies to leverage and support People team functions and practices
  • Experience developing strategy and delivering hands‐on, tactical execution

  • Strong technical understanding and strategic vision to identify new opportunities and support innovation
  • Experience using Enterprise AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, or Glean) to transform people processes that boost productivity and enhance customer experience
  • Strong messaging and storytelling skills, and solid writing skills for use in creating documents, presentations, video and speaking engagements

Responsibilities

  • Guide and deliver technical innovation for our IAM for HR product, and external engagement through advocacy and support of partnership & sales opportunities, speaking engagement strategy and internal and external multi channel thought leadership
  • Ensure the People team leads the way on using our own Docusign product and lead Docusign Product Advocacy initiatives
  • Drive strategic collaboration with internal stakeholders to build deep product knowledge that supports and defines AI strategy and roadmap for the People team
  • Serve as an integral member of the Global People Team to design and implement technology pilots and innovation across the People team impacting the organization as a whole
  • Identify opportunities to improve People programs and services by guiding the evolution of our AI strategy, leveraging existing technology and implementing process improvements
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to products
  • Conduct regular market analysis and gather intelligence to inform HR technology strategy and positioning
  • Oversee and direct the completion of case studies and testimonials, that effectively convey the strategy & impact of Docusign’s People Technology initiatives
  • Develop value-based messaging and positioning that communicates how our Docusign instance uniquely addresses our candidate and employee challenges. Bring the story to life through collateral, web content, use cases, videos, presentations, and more
