About The Position

AirOps is seeking a Lead Product Manager for New Verticals to drive the expansion of its full-stack AI Search offering. This role is akin to a founder-in-residence, leveraging AirOps' resources to explore and validate new marketing and acquisition channels. The position involves aggressive, data-heavy experimentation, building reporting foundations, and formulating hypotheses for future product investments. The Lead Product Manager will navigate ambiguity, perform SQL and funnel analysis, collaborate with customers, and translate early performance signals into new core product lines. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in ambiguous environments, enjoy hyper-growth paces, and desire 0-to-1 ownership.

Requirements

  • Founded a company, led a product at an early-stage startup, or spearheaded 0-to-1 growth bets inside a hyper-growth company.
  • Deep experience with data-heavy products and analytics frameworks.
  • Ability to build dashboards, write SQL, analyze complex funnels, and make confident calls with incomplete data.
  • High-velocity instinct for testing; ability to build low-fidelity MVPs and track early signals to validate demand before over-engineering a solution.
  • Exceptional product instincts that balance customer empathy with brutal prioritization.
  • High bandwidth to command the room with executive buyers, operate alongside technical teams, and collaborate across Growth, Data, Product, and Sales.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or scaling data-dense products within MarTech, AdTech, SEO, AI Search, or Content Marketing.
  • Prior history navigating rapid expansion phases ($10M → $50M+ ARR) at a venture-backed tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover, size, and test brand-new channels of business to expand AirOps into a complete growth marketing ecosystem.
  • Formulate crisp hypotheses and run rapid, quantitative tests to evaluate activation, adoption, and expansion potential before committing heavy engineering resources.
  • Build the core analytics foundation (funnel tracking, success metrics, leading indicators, custom dashboards) to rigorously prove or disprove channel viability.
  • Turn validated experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks, pricing models, and strategic business cases that guide company-wide resource allocation.
  • Partner directly with forward-thinking marketing and growth leaders to translate ambiguous edge-case feedback into scalable product bets.

Benefits

  • Equity in a fast-growing startup
  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Parental Leave
  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
