About The Position

Gen Digital is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the mobile platform and lead the build-out of LifeLock's AI Assistant. This role is crucial as mobile and AI Assistant are the primary surfaces where members interact with the product daily. The AI Assistant aims to redefine member interaction with identity protection. This is a senior individual contributor/lead PM role responsible for setting the direction for iOS and Android, evolving the AI Assistant towards an agentic approach, and representing LifeLock mobile in Gen Digital-wide platform initiatives. The role involves collaboration across engineering, design, legal, finance, DTC, and marketing to deliver features to members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management.
  • 4+ years owning a mobile product at scale (iOS + Android).
  • Proven track record shipping consumer mobile features end-to-end.
  • Direct experience building or scaling an AI/LLM-powered product, including defining eval frameworks, quality metrics, and human feedback pipelines.
  • Comfort working in a complex, regulated environment (fintech, identity, or security a plus).
  • Strong analytical instincts; ability to define KPIs before launch and use data for decision-making.
  • Experience with IAP, App Store management, and mobile growth mechanics (ATT, web-to-app, deep linking).
  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes: strategy and roadmap to grooming tickets and reviewing acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization on mobile purchase flows.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Gen Digital’s platform (Norton, LifeLock) or adjacent identity/security products.
  • Prior work on 0→1 features in a large-scale consumer app.

Responsibilities

  • Own the iOS and Android roadmap, including feature prioritization, shipping timelines, and sequencing against business goals.
  • Make prioritization calls between features and technical debt, scope adjustments for releases, and sequencing for a small engineering team.
  • Manage App Store and Play Store submissions, store listing content, platform mandates, and release issues.
  • Oversee in-app purchase flows, SKU creation, and monetization through IAP.
  • Drive growth levers such as web-to-app conversion and download hooks in onboarding.
  • Define the vision and roadmap for an agentic AI assistant to help LifeLock members with identity risks.
  • Build and own the evaluation framework for the AI Assistant, defining quality metrics, designing human and automated evaluation pipelines, and establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with ML/AI engineering to set model behavior standards for accuracy, tone, safety, and response quality.
  • Instrument the AI Assistant for post-launch learning, including flagging regressions, surfacing win/loss patterns, and driving iterative improvements with data.
  • Represent LifeLock mobile in Gen Digital platform initiatives, including integrated Norton/LifeLock apps, shared platform components, and Mobile SDKs.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Retention Marketing, and Customer Service to launch features.
  • Build business cases with Finance for major investments and track ROI post-launch.
