About The Opportunity The Lead, Product Manager & Business Systems Analyst (internally known as Lead, Experience Optimization) is a senior, hands-on role focused on leading complex improvement initiatives from problem discovery through implementation and measurement. This role involves investigating and defining significant customer and business problems by synthesizing data, customer feedback, operational insights, frontline observations, system behavior, and technical context to identify root causes. The position requires designing practical future states that integrate customer interactions, business rules, roles, workflows, communications, data, systems, and controls. Responsibilities include evaluating process or policy changes, optimizing the use of existing platforms, configuring SaaS solutions, assessing vendor capabilities, managing integrations, implementing automation, developing AI-enabled workflows, and overseeing custom software development. The role entails leading complex initiatives from discovery through solution selection, delivery, launch, adoption, stabilization, and learning, managing fit-for-purpose plans, sequencing, dependencies, decisions, risks, testing, readiness, and communication. A key aspect is partnering directly with SaaS providers, implementation partners, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Security teams, as well as platform owners. This involves translating customer and business problems into functional behavior, data requirements, integrations, dependencies, and success criteria, while actively contributing to feasibility and design decisions and recommending build, buy, configure, integrate, or partner approaches. The role also includes developing evidence-based recommendations for prioritization within a primary lane and translating approved Experience Optimization strategy into executable work.
