Job overview In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional product management and development efforts that support wireline transformation across care operations, back-office systems, and service delivery. You’ll translate business needs into actionable solutions, drive operational improvements, and partner across teams to deliver enhancements that reduce fallout, improve execution accuracy, and elevate the customer experience. Your work will directly influence service readiness, operational performance, and the success of large-scale transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Product lifecycle management experience from concept through launch, sustainment, and end-of-life
  • Ability to define and document business and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps, service guides, documentation, and performance analysis
  • Knowledge of operational workflows, back-office systems, and service delivery processes
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex service scenarios and identify root causes affecting order flow and execution
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver technical and process improvements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • Five or more years of related product management, operations, or transformation experience
  • Certification required in some areas, as applicable
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives with strategic autonomy and influence across senior stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring or guiding less-experienced professionals on projects and initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product management efforts supporting wireline transformation initiatives across care, service delivery, and back-office operations
  • Serve as a key liaison across operations, care, sales, service support, and technical development teams to prioritize work, align stakeholders, and deliver business-critical enhancements
  • Own intake, governance, and prioritization of work requests, including back-office interface improvements and workflow optimization
  • Translate business and operational needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans
  • Partner with care and channel support teams to address operational initiatives, escalations, and out-of-pattern service issues
  • Support strategic transformation programs by enabling platform enhancements, validating new capabilities, and ensuring operational readiness for pilots and releases
