About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The AT&T Business Product Organization is seeking a Lead Product Manager within the Cloud Connectivity portfolio to co-lead our Datacenter Solutions product. This role centers on the resale of colocation, interconnection, and related services delivered through third-party datacenter providers, integrated with AT&T connectivity and value-added services, and sold via AT&T’s Integrated Solutions model. You will co-own product strategy and execution across a global footprint of over 800 facilities, partnering with six leading datacenter providers: CoreSite, Csquare, DataBank, Digital Realty, Equinix, and QTS. Core responsibilities include P&L ownership, supplier relationship management, offer standardization, financial and operational improvements, sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, and product roadmap development to deliver customer value and drive sustained growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 6+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end productization for Datacenter Solutions, encompassing product definition, supplier contracts, service guides, pricing schedule templates, sales processes, marketing collateral, seller tools, funnel analytics, reporting, operational improvements, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with teams across Product, Pricing, Integrated Solutions, Business Development, Supply Chain, Commercialization, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to standardize and scale the offer, tighten go-to-market execution, accelerate new logo acquisition and renewals, drive cross-product fiber adoption, and enhance visibility into product performance.
  • Co‑own the Datacenter Solutions P&L and margin plan; establish transparent reporting and KPIs to guide decisions and track progress.
  • Lead modernization of quote-to-cash processes and tools to reduce friction and improve clarity for sellers and customers.
  • Strengthen supplier relationships and joint marketing motions; align roadmaps and quarterly business reviews with measurable outcomes.
  • Scale sales enablement via playbooks, marketing collateral, sales training, events, and data-driven account targeting to grow the funnel and accelerate close rates.
  • Drive operational readiness and risk controls across delivery, support, and compliance; ensure smooth customer migrations and transitions.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through development, launch, and end-of-life, ensuring seamless transitions through each stage and ongoing product performance.
  • Responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates, and handling requests for funding through the capital process.
  • Coordinate with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, sales support, and marketing as the products move to production and distribution.
  • Translate and document customer and technical requirements into final product designs, prepare and present comprehensive business cases, and provide detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze customer needs and identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements.
  • Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, addressable revenue potential, customer segments, and opportunities for new products or features.
  • Conduct research and analysis on defined markets, including volumes and revenue results.
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, service guides, product documentation, results reports/analysis, and project plans, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
  • Define and drive initiatives to grow revenue and margin.
  • Partner with business, technology, UX teams, and 3rd party technology partners to design or modify products, ensuring a high-quality user experience, alignment with budget and schedule specifications, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work with the Global Connectivity Management, Technology Development, Contracting, Legal, Product Marketing, and Business or Consumer Pricing Team to develop pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate with vendors to improve the product cost structure, feature functionality, and product support.
