About The Position

This role involves leading products throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception and development to launch and eventual retirement. The position requires managing budgets, capital funding, and ensuring effective cross-functional delivery. A key aspect is translating customer and technical needs into product designs, business cases, and detailed requirements, such as user stories and acceptance criteria, to guide development and prioritization. The role also includes conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer segments, revenue opportunities, and potential product enhancements. Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, documentation, and performance reports is crucial for driving revenue growth and margin expansion. Furthermore, the position requires collaborating with technology, UX, marketing, pricing, legal, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions, influencing pricing strategies, and negotiating with partners to optimize cost structure and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in technology, finance, or telecom
  • Proven ability to own product strategy, P&L, and business case development
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing, financial modeling, and performance tracking
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex customer and technical requirements into scalable solutions
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree desired

Responsibilities

  • Lead products from concept through development, launch, and end-of-life, ensuring strong execution, performance, and seamless transitions.
  • Manage budgets, capital funding, and cross-functional delivery.
