The Lead Product Line Manager, North America Local Creation Apparel will report into the Senior Manager, Product Line Management, North America Local Creation Apparel. This role involves working closely with Product Line Management peers and leaders, partnering with Design and Development within a dedicated Apparel triad to shape product direction, drive clarity, and enable strong execution across the end-to-end product creation process. The role focuses on Nike apparel across consumer groups and sports, with a strong emphasis on sportswear. The individual will maintain ownership of a dedicated product segment, leading work from early concept and briefing through seasonal execution and sell in. Collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Merchandising, Sales, and Global Product Creation teams, is essential to ensure alignment with consumer needs, seasonal strategies, and marketplace opportunities. This position is ideal for an experienced product leader with a strong product point of view, fluency in the North America consumer and marketplace, and the ability to lead complex product work with confidence and precision. The candidate should be highly organized, strategic, and execution-driven, with a passion for trend, sport, and culture, and a sharp understanding of creating distinctive product for specific consumer and marketplace segments.
