About The Position

The Innovation & Delivery Transformation (I&DT) team is building the future of Deloitte’s business through new AI-native platforms and products, identifying, nurturing, scaling, and winning in new markets. Deloitte’s Converge for FSI business offers a unique opportunity with both start-up spirit and enterprise strength, seeking a talented individual with an innovative mindset to develop differentiated financial services products that achieve product-market fit. This role is on the frontlines of Deloitte’s innovation & product strategy while staying close to industry/sector priorities. As a Product Forward Deployed Engineer (pFDE), you will be the Go-To-Market (GTM) & Delivery engine for Signals, a priority product in the Converge for FSI portfolio. Signals is a proprietary set of data assets coupled with AI, data science, and statistical models that help clients drive business growth and power decisions. You will bring core consulting skills, financial services industry knowledge, and the ability to work with key stakeholders (product managers, technical / engineering teams, and Market Makers) to qualify product fit, pitch/demo products to clients, shape & commercialize opportunities, and deliver work by managing scope, timeline, and client outcomes. You’ll be equally comfortable pitching and demoing to a C-suite leader as you are working with product/engineering teams to deliver a proof of concept. As the lead pFDE, you will be responsible for developing the strategy, vision, and operations of the FDE function for the Signals product. You will drive commercial success by defining commercialization models, working with internal teams to enable licensing, and making it easier for Market Makers to sell products to clients. You will be part of the General Manager’s leadership team, responsible for proactively bringing ideas that push the business forward, weighing in on key decisions, and helping junior resources across the team overcome hurdles.
