About The Position

Adonis is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the design vision and execution across our platform. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, high-impact experiences that make complex data and workflows easy to understand and act on. Adonis is the leading AI orchestration platform for healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), purpose-built for healthcare organizations seeking to transform their revenue operations. Traditional RCM processes often struggle with inefficiencies, costing providers up to 15% or more of their potential revenue. Through advanced automation, data science, and AI Agents, Adonis helps revenue teams detect vulnerabilities, optimize workflows, and deploy precise solutions that drive reliable and scalable financial outcomes. Adonis is headquartered in New York City and has raised over $95M in funding, including a recent $40M Series C round led by Quadrille Capital with continued support from existing investors such as General Catalyst and Bling Capital. Requirements

Experience designing complex SaaS products (healthcare or data-heavy domains a plus).
A portfolio that highlights data visualization, workflow design, and interaction design.
Ability to lead design across discovery, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers: discussing trade-offs and how design sits on top of the product.
Systems thinking — comfortable designing for scale, configurability, and complexity.
Passion for turning complexity into clarity, with empathy for end-users who rely on our tools every day.

Responsibilities

Own the design vision and execution across our platform.
Design intuitive, high-impact experiences that make complex data and workflows easy to understand and act on.
Craft dashboards and reports that surface insights and drive better decisions.
Design seamless experiences for setting up, configuring, monitoring and managing workflows at scale.
Shape how users configure, interpret, and act on system alerts.
Map and optimize end-to-end experiences across the platform.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and others to lead development of best-in-class designs.
Build and maintain a robust design system that scales across both patient-facing and admin tools.
Develop wireframes, flowcharts, mock-ups, and prototypes to rapidly explore and refine new features.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, analyze outcomes, and translate insights into the product roadmap.
Ensure UX and design consistency across all of Adonis’ products.
