About The Position

Beast Industries is building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As the Lead Product Designer, you will be one of the first foundational hires, responsible for shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a platform that will reach over 100 million users. This is a "zero-to-one" build powered by an AI-first mindset. The product is a membership app anchored around the MrBeast audience, designed as a highly interactive, gamified ecosystem involving active participation (challenges, quests, competitions), real-world value (telco perks, partner rewards), and a creator marketplace connecting brands, creators, and fans.

Requirements

• Portfolio full of shipped products or features used by millions of people.
• Experience integrating AI into design workflow.
• Startup experience to build from zero with a nimble team.
• Big tech experience to understand product scaling.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and prefer building and shipping over long, process-heavy design cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to define the "ideal squad" workflow and product roadmap.
• Lead the design of our highest-priority consumer product end-to-end, with the opportunity to build and mentor a design team around you as the org scales.
• Design and test core retention loops, including onboarding flows, achievement systems, and economy design for digital and real-world experiences.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to iterate at high velocity.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to shipping a scaled consumer product.
