About The Position

Scribd is evolving from one of the world’s largest document libraries into a platform where active knowledge building happens. With a library of 300 million documents and over 250 million monthly visitors, our next chapter focuses on helping users move from simply finding information to building deep, actionable understanding. As a Lead Product Analyst, you will partner directly with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers leading this zero-to-one transformation. Together, you will define how success is measured, de-risk product bets, and translate emerging user behaviors into clear product direction. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, experimentation, and data foundations, helping turn ML- and LLM-powered capabilities into measurable, high-impact user experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Machine Learning teams to ensure that innovation is grounded in insight, rigor, and real user value.
