Requirements

BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.
10+ years experience.
Deep fluency in FAR/DFARS.
Significant experience drafting complex SOWs and technical requirements.
Must hold a current/active secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt.
Experience with DoD contract management software.
Professional capacity for strategic process mapping and reducing PALT.

Responsibilities

Leads the technical execution of procurement acceleration strategies and validates the accuracy of technical specifications to minimize acquisition delays.
Coordinates the investigation of procurement bottlenecks and leads the development of technical root-cause analyses for supply chain "choke points."
Monitors vendor performance against aggressive timelines and validates the implementation of streamlined SOW templates.
Executes strategic procurement expediting throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.
Translates program-level mission needs into actionable technical specifications and precise SOWs designed to bypass traditionally slow acquisition hurdles and reduce PALT.
Proactively interfaces with mission partners to identify and resolve procurement risks before they impact regional readiness and ensures all "asymmetric" requirements meet audit standards.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
