About The Position

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team in Herndon, VA. This role involves supporting the defense sector by preparing technical procurement documentation, conducting audits, maintaining data logs, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The analyst will also support technical validation of deliverables, draft audit reports, and track procurement compliance trends, while receiving guidance from senior staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
3+ years of position-relevant experience.
Proficiency in procurement management software and technical reporting.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Nice To Haves

Foundational knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Experience in military logistics or procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

Drafts and prepares technical procurement documentation and executes routine audits of acquisition artifacts.
Maintain analytical data logs for procurement metrics and support the preparation of Acquisition Audit Reports.
Follow established SOPs to ensure that all Technical Reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.
Supports the technical validation of procurement deliverables across the Pacific theater.
Draft Audit Reports for theater sustainment nodes and assist in the tracking of procurement compliance trends.
Prepare data summaries for Mission Partner acquisition reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for Contingency Procurement Plans.
Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
