About The Position

This position is located in SEL’s state of the art Printed Circuit Board factory in Moscow, ID. The Lead Process Engineer will lead engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of manufacturing processes. This role involves mentoring and coaching other engineers and technicians, assisting management in developing and driving operational and strategic objectives, and driving high quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes, operations, and tools. The role also includes managing or preparing documentation such as experiments, component and equipment qualifications, and assembly materials qualifications. The company emphasizes modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in Electronic manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Electronic manufacturing techniques.
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL
  • Negative drug test result(s)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Highspeed Drill production processes
  • Knowledge of Electrical Test machines.
  • Knowledge of AOI machines
  • Knowledge of AFI machines
  • 2+ years SolidWorks experience
