About The Position

Hatch is seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer / Process Consultant to join their team and provide technical leadership for projects in the fertilizer and specialty chemicals industries. This role is integral to the engineering team, delivering both technical services and field support across a range of process plant operations. The successful candidate will coordinate and guide the process engineering team, ensuring all deliverables meet project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. They will develop innovative solutions for complex chemical processes, including systems, unit operations, and process equipment, while collaborating with other engineering disciplines to maintain process integrity throughout the design lifecycle. In addition to technical leadership, this position requires strong business acumen and the ability to build strategic relationships with clients and industry professionals. Working closely with senior leadership, the candidate will help drive business growth and deliver solutions that address some of the world’s toughest challenges in fertilizer production and specialty chemical manufacturing.
