The data platform team (Oracle Health Data Services - OHDS) is foundational to software products being built and serves the critical role of transforming, enriching, persisting and serving large-scale health and life sciences data for AI agentic and application use cases. The OHDS team is looking for a Lead Principal Technical Program Manager to lead critical large programs to successful delivery. In this role you will partner with senior management and stakeholders across the org to align priorities and goals by understand the business needs and using your technical knowledge. You will lead highly complex, cross-organizational technical programs from planning through execution by defining scope, milestones, and delivery plans that support business objectives. You will drive execution across multiple teams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and escalations to ensure successful outcomes. This role also requires establishing and evolving program management best practices to improve execution, optimize processes, and drive transformational change across the organization. As a technical liaison, you will foster collaboration and alignment across stakeholder groups while providing expert technical guidance to advance automation and reporting capabilities. You will partner with engineering teams to develop scalable dashboards, forecasts, models, and insights that enable data-driven decisions and long-term program success.
