Lead / Principal Google Workspace Consultan
About The Position
The Lead / Principal Google Workspace Consultant leads enterprise Google Workspace implementations and migrations from Microsoft Exchange/Office 365. The role designs security, identity, access, compliance, and governance solutions; manages Google Workspace administration, Google Vault, and data protection; and automates workflows using Google Apps Script, AppSheet, GAM, and APIs. The consultant provides technical leadership during solution design and project delivery, develops service offerings, architecture frameworks, and delivery standards, and mentors and trains Google Workspace engineers and administrators. The position is located in Warren, MI or Austin, TX and is a contract role.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT collaboration systems experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a Google Workspace SME or Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin Console, Google Vault, GAM, AppSheet, Apps Script, and Workspace APIs.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise migrations using GWMME, GWMMO, BitTitan, Quest, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of SAML, SSO, Context-Aware Access, DLP, and threat protection.
- Google Cloud Professional Google Workspace Administrator certification required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
