Oracle•Port Washington, WI
•$126,200 - $264,100

About The Position

The Lead Principal Construction Delivery Manager improves portfolio delivery performance by identifying risk, standardizing construction practices, optimizing sequencing and productivity, applying lessons learned, and supporting project recovery. The role partners with Delivery, Construction, Project Controls, Commissioning, Power Delivery, Controls Integration, Operations, contractors, and external colocation providers. It is an individual-contributor leadership role that operates through technical expertise, influence, and advisory authority rather than direct people management or daily project ownership. It serves as a senior technical interface with colocation providers and external delivery partners, reviews execution and readiness of leased facilities, and advises on provider performance and technical contract-compliance observations. It also provides technical input on change orders, contractor claims, and the cost and schedule effects of proposed changes without owning contract execution, commercial negotiations, or budget approval. The role mentors construction leaders and managers, transfers technical knowledge, develops standards and governance processes, and promotes consistent execution and continuous improvement across the regional portfolio. Work involves approximately 50%–70% field and site engagement across active campuses, including site walks, constructability reviews, recovery meetings, executive project assessments, and major construction, energization, startup, and turnover milestones. The stated U.S. hiring range is $126,200–$264,100 per annum. The position may be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle describes its benefits as including medical, dental, and vision insurance; disability and life insurance; flexible spending accounts; commuter and parking benefits; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid time off, holidays, and sick leave; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; an employee stock purchase plan; financial planning and group legal benefits; and voluntary insurance benefits.
