About The Position

Endeavor Montessori is seeking a Lead Montessori Primary Teacher to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting student progress. The position offers a supportive environment, education incentives, and career development programs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Montessori certification
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred
2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center
Prior experience with the assigned age group
Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role
