About The Position

Silverline Montessori is seeking a Pre-K lead teacher for its Silverlake Campus. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting student progress. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center
Prior experience with the assigned age group
Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred
