About The Position
Avance Care is seeking a Lead Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and expanding Medical Group at Avance Care in Fuquay Varina, NC. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a robust system while maintaining autonomy. The Lead Clinician provides clinical leadership and direction to medical providers within assigned clinic location(s), ensuring clinical standards, best practice guidelines, and quality of care are maintained. This role partners with the Clinic Manager and Area Operations Manager on operational matters while driving provider performance, value-based care initiatives, and compliance with clinical policies and regulations. Avance Care's mission is to build a thriving ecosystem of independent medical practices to improve patient experience, enhance clinical outcomes, and lower healthcare costs. They support practice owners by providing the infrastructure to manage and operate their own medical practice while delivering high-quality patient care.
