About The Position

This is a leadership role for reliable, professional teachers who take pride in running a structured classroom. We are selective—because consistency, accountability, and engagement matter in our program. If you’re looking for an easy or low-expectation environment, this is not the right fit. We are currently hiring full-time Lead Teachers for: PreK (up to 20 students, 2 staff), Wobbler (young toddler classroom, up to 14 students, 2 staff), and Float Teacher (supporting classrooms with leadership and consistency). You will be trusted to run your classroom with structure, intention, and professionalism —while being supported by systems that set you up for success. Requirements

  • Meet Minnesota Lead Teacher requirements
  • Classroom experience preferred
  • Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) child development + curriculum
  • Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and manage a structured classroom
  • Reliable – You show up, on time, consistently
