Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with UKG Pro WFM, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience (HR, Payroll, Time etc.)
- Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to understand and then demonstrate how UKG can solve their business challenges.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
- A willingness to travel up to 40% and explore new horizons.

- Presales Solution Consulting experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills that can captivate any audience.
- Comfort facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, and executive level discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
