About The Position
We are hiring a full-time Lead Pre-K Teacher to run a classroom with structure, intention, and professionalism, supported by systems designed to help the teacher succeed. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves active engagement with children and setting the tone for the classroom each day. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, based on experience and education.
Requirements
- Meet Minnesota Lead Teacher requirements.
- Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and manage a structured classroom.
Nice To Haves
- Classroom experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and curriculum, or willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the teaching team.
- Maintain high standards for safety, supervision, and organization.
- Track and assess children's development and communicate with families.
- Actively engage in the classroom and set its tone each day.
