About The Position
The Goddard School in Spring House, PA is actively hiring a Lead Pre-K Teacher to support their continued growth and upcoming school year planning. As the school enters its third year, the faculty has grown significantly, and they are continuing to build a strong, stable, and inspiring teaching team. They are interviewing daily for Lead Teachers across multiple age groups. While this role is focused on Pre-K, experience across Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Age classrooms is valued. As the school grows, teachers will have opportunities to explore different age groups to find the best mutual fit and long-term alignment.
Requirements
- Experience in Early Childhood Education (3+ years preferred).
- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (preferred).
- Passionate about high-quality early learning and child development.
- Confident collaborating with assistant teachers in a team environment.
- Skilled in implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Strong in positive classroom management techniques.
- Nurturing educators who support play-based, child-led learning.
- Excited to grow within a collaborative and evolving school community.
